This is always our family number one favourite dish at home. It is so easy to make and always get our thumbs up whenever I baked these mushies...

Update on 8 Feb 2017:
This is one of my "everyday mummy cooking" that I enjoy cooking for my family.

Always so yummy!

It took me about 15 minutes to assemble everything, 25 minutes to bake so that I can do other housework while the mushrooms are baking. And at our dining table, these cheesy mushroom are all gone within 10 minutes!!!

Always so easy to cook! Always so yummy!!!

Here's a video showing how I baked these easy yummy mushrooms. Enjoy!

Here is my recipe (updated on 8 Feb 2017).

6 large Potabella mushroom, cleaned and stalk removed
1 can 425g tuna
2 tbsp Teriyaki or BBQ sauce or more to taste, plus more to drizzle
freshly ground black pepper, to season
juice from half a lemon
1 cup grated tasty cheese
white sesame seeds to sprinkle

Preheat the oven to 200°C.
Season tuna with sauce, lemon juice and pepper.
Place the tuna filling on the pores side of each mushroom, place the filled mushrooms on a heatproof baking dish.
Top the filled mushroom with cheese and drizzle more sauce on the cheese.
To finish, sprinkle pinches of sesame seeds on top.
Bake for 20-25 min until cheese are melted and nicely brown.

Serve immediately.
